Annual & 100 Hour Inspection Flat Rates and other Service Charges
Annual & 100hr flat rate prices do not include parts for repairs.. OFF FIELD (MNF) hourly maintenance rates are $105 which is still cheaper than our competitors’.
Any travel exceeding 100 miles will cost $1.25 per mile (one way) to your location from Mountain View, MO airport.
Total labor rate at our MNF facility is $89 per hour plus materials to complete all maintenance tasks.
Off-Field maintenance labor rate is $105 per hour plus materials to complete all maintenance tasks.
Each Travel Call is $250. That specific call-out charge may only be waived or discounted when the maintenance travel call is convenient to the mechanic and facility or if that customer is part of our lamp program and has declared an inflight emergency. The following rules of maintenance / travel are not limited to the following exclusions. If the travel call doesn’t require postponing another customers maintenance to a later time, stay away overnight, travel after hours, travel and work in bad weather or exceed travel mileage daily limits the travel call and maintenance rate may then be billed at a discounted rate.
Customer assistance travel: when traveling with and assisting a customer, they must pay all actual lodging expenses including taxi and airfare to and from all event locations.
There is a $600 minimum daily charge or a $105 hourly rate (which ever is greater) to include the above mentioned charges while being assisted during travel.
Explanation of labor, parts, materials, consumables used and other information is available on file under this wo# at the EAS facility. Payments must be paid within 30 days of dated invoice to avoid late penalties and before receiving aircraft logbooks as well as any other associated paperwork.
