MAINTENANCE PROGRAM OPTIONS
We are proud to offer different programs to our dedicated customers that no other aircraft maintenance facility in the entire United States has ever offered.

The Loyal Aviators Program

*This program consists of benefits such as, 24hr 7days a week Tech Support, flight time for maintenance options, and only 50% charges for the emergency call out for maintenance while away from home. Our customers are covered in this program after enrollment. A yearly enrollment charge of $750 can be added during their first Annual Inspection. The Aircraft enrolled must be initially part of our maintenance fleet and been fully inspected to qualify. This program is designed for operations or pilots flying 100 or more hours per year or have multiple aircraft.
If a customer’s aircraft has had a forced landing (On or Off Airport) and requires maintenance within a 500 nautical mile radius of Mountain View Municipal Airport (MNF) you only pay 50% of the initial call out charge or the commute to get that aircraft back in the air safely. Hourly and Off field (MNF) maintenance rates apply.

The Trade Out Program

* Occasionally, we offer aircraft owners the option to trade maintenance for flight time by the owner of Eclipse Aviation Services. (Not for commercial use) This also allows us to get to know your aircraft in flight, as well as, mechanically on the ground, so if any physical adjustments need to be made to improve flight characteristics, we can do so (for free.) Needless to say, if a customer’s aircraft is being utilized, it will be meticulously maintained, hangared for free, and kept as clean as if it were one of ours. This option is only available for customers with aircraft that can haul four or more passengers. We can also incorporate your aircraft in our local flight and recurrent training programs to help with financial support.
